Umesh Yadav / Korba. Tripura Rifles jawans were attacked by a gang of thieves at SECL Kusmunda mine in Korba district of Chhattisgarh. A jawan has been injured in the attack by thieves. He has serious injuries on his head and hand. The injured has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. The case is of Kusmunda police station area.
At the same time, there is an atmosphere of panic among the mine workers after this incident. Tripura Rifles jawans have given a written complaint about the thieves’ attack to the Kusmunda police station. At present, the Kusmunda police is probing the entire matter. There is a lot of resentment among the SECL personnel regarding the theft of junk, diesel and coal from the mine.
