According to the information, there is Rajiv Vihar Colony near Sarkanda police station area of Bilaspur, where the student committed suicide. The deceased student lived with his brother. The name of the deceased is being told as Dhaneshwar Prasad Jaiswal. Actually the deceased student was a resident of Pirda in Janjgir-Champa district and was pursuing MSc from Sarkanda Science College.
