A torn tricolor was seen fluttering on the roof of the collector’s office. But the officers kept sitting in the AC room and did not take any step to respect the national flag.

Let us tell you that it is an insult to the national flag to intentionally keep the torn tricolor intact. Not paying attention to the torn tricolor and not taking care of it during regular work in the collector’s office is also a big mistake. Many Joint Collectors, Deputy Collectors and many department heads including Collector Narendra Dugga come to the office daily. But due to the carelessness of the officers, the torn tricolor kept waving there.
