Ganesh Mishra-Bijapur. A student of Balak Ashram operated at Toynar in Bijapur district died due to drowning in a pond. It is being told that the student had gone to take a bath with his friends when he met with the accident. After the incident, Bhupesh Gangwal, Superintendent of Tribal Boys Hostel Toynar, has been suspended by the collector.
Let us tell you that Rajesh Tinge, 16 years old, a student of Tribal Boys Hostel, Toynar, was a resident of Uskaled village of Bhopalpatnam block. He was a student of class 11th. He went to bathe in the pond with his friends on Saturday without informing them. He died due to drowning around 3 o’clock. At present, his body has been sent for postmortem.
11th class student was living in pre-matric children’s ashram
Actually, student Rajesh Tingay was not a student of Premetric Children’s Home, Toynar because children from 6th to 10th class live in this ashram and Rajesh was a student of 11th class. He was given extra space to stay here. It is being told that the bore of the ashram was bad, due to which the children living here were taking bath in the handpup in the morning. But Rajesh went to bathe in the pond with his friends at around three o’clock in the afternoon without being informed and became a victim of the accident.
Hostel superintendent suspended for negligence
After the incident, Bhupesh Gangwal, Superintendent of the pre-matric tribal boys hostel, Toynar, has been suspended by the Collector for negligence in official work.
