He had given 7.50 lakhs as advance before the delivery of the skin and the matter came to light even before the delivery of the skin. The DFO said that on Monday, the ITR team reached Kondamausam village and recovered the bones of the tiger buried in the ground and the trap in which the tiger died.

For this, the officer had given 7.5 lakh rupees to the tiger hunters in two different parts. But even before the skin was delivered, the matter came to light.

The officer whose name is coming up in this case is currently in Delhi. In such a situation, complete information has been given to the CRPF by the Forest Department and the officer has been asked to call Bijapur. Another new revelation has also happened in this case. The accused, who were caught on Monday, have told during interrogation that the tiger was trapped in a noose on the banks of the river in Kondamousam village of Bhopalpatnam. This village falls on the Chhattisgarh-Maharashtra border in the Tiger Reserve area.

Tulsiram Dubba is the main hunter

The trap was set by the chief hunter Tulsiram Dubba to catch the wild animals. The tiger died due to its neck getting entangled in this noose. After this, Shravan Jhari and Tinge of Depla, Kandla, Bhattiguda and Kondamausam’s Ganesh, Ramesh Subaiya and Tinge made a skin deal with Tulsiram and a CRPF officer gave Rs 7.50 lakh advance to Tulsiram to buy the skin.

6 accused still out of reach

Shravan, CRPF officer and Sitaram, Samaiya, Mahendra and Santosh are still out of reach. It is being told that there may be some more revelations after their arrest. Deputy Director of Indravati Tiger Reserve Ganveer Dhammasheel said that after contacting the top officials of CRPF, detailed information of the absconding jawan has been sought.

Tiger’s leg bones and noose recovered

Here, on Monday, the ITR team reached Kondamausam village on the sight of Tulsiram, the chief hunter. As soon as the team reached the village, the people of the village fled across the river. After this, at the behest of Tulsi, the bone of the four legs of the tiger, the bone of the head and the noose in which the tiger died have been recovered. The department is preparing to send the recovered bones to a lab in Jabalpur for forensic test.
