Dantewada. In Chhattisgarh’s Dantewada district, a joint team of Police and CRPF has arrested four Naxalites and sent them to jail on judicial remand for transporting illegal explosives on Independence Day under the Naxal eradication campaign.

According to the information received, the police suspected four people at the bus stand on Independence Day. A child was also involved in all four of them. One of them had a trolley bag in his hand and the other three had a backpack. Based on suspicion, the police laid siege. On search, 25 explosives, four mobiles, some money and other daily articles were recovered from them.

All four naxalites sent to jail

All the four Maoists were arrested and brought to the police station. During interrogation, he told that all of them have been involved in the Naxalite organization for the last 2-3 years. Today they came here with the intention of harming the police force. They say that they have brought these explosives from Hyderabad. His identity is Subhash Kumar Kadti, father Late. Mangu Kadti, aged 21 years, Manoj Kumar Oyam, father Kuma Oyam, aged 18 years, Ramesh Kumar Oyam, father Mangu Oyam, aged 18 years. A child is also included in these. He told that all of them are residents of Bijapur. At present, the police have sent everyone to jail on judicial remand.
