After being admitted there, both the pregnant women started having pain. Seeing the pain becoming helpless with time, the relatives called the nurse on duty. But the nurse on duty talked about treatment after the arrival of the senior nurse and shied away from her responsibility. After the nurse refused to treat, the victim’s family waited till late night for senior nurses and doctors. Even after this they neither get senior nurse nor any doctor. After this, Manikchand’s wife gave birth to a dead child late at 11 o’clock in the night due to lack of treatment.

Here people could not even recover from the death of the newborn that two hours later the child of Rameshwar’s wife was also born dead during delivery. On seeing this, the health workers who were on duty there at night referred a pregnant woman admitted in the mother-child ward to the medical college. The atmosphere of the ward became inconsolable due to the death of two newborn children in a span of two hours. At the same time, both the women were in bad condition by crying. There is a lot of resentment among the relatives due to the death of two newborn babies who were gifted by the careless system due to lack of treatment. He created a ruckus alleging negligence in the treatment. In this case, the aggrieved party has demanded action against the doctors and nurses who were negligent in their duty.
