Anand Mohan has been released after the change in the jail rules of the Bihar government. At the same time, Anand Mohan also has a special relationship with Uttarakhand. He has been coming and going to Uttarakhand often. He also has a luxurious house in Dehradun. His son’s marriage is to take place here on May 3, for which Anand Mohan is reaching Dehradun on April 30.

Owaisi further said that on 5 December 1994, an IAS officer belonging to the Dalit community was killed. At that time his age was only 37 years.
