Lakhisarai Murder: A property dealer living in Alinagar village under Suryagadha block of Lakhisarai district was shot dead by miscreants today i.e. on Friday morning. Police reached the spot as soon as the incident was reported. The police blockaded all around to nab the accused, but the clue of the accused could not be found. The police sent the body for autopsy. To nab the accused, the police is now scanning the CCTV footage of the surrounding.
According to media reports, Pawan Singh, a resident of Alinagar of Suryagadha block, used to do property dealing. This morning some people came to his house and asked to show the land on the bypass road. After this Pawan Singh went with him to see the land. Here the criminals started firing rapidly on Pawan Singh. He bled to death and fell to the ground and died shortly afterwards. After committing the crime, the accused fled from the spot.
When the police got the information about the incident, they immediately reached the spot and made a blockade all around. Despite this, the accused could not be caught by the police. The concerned police said that the body has been sent for postmortem. All the CCTV footage installed on the bypass is being scrutinised. Police say that the investigation is going on and soon the accused will be traced and arrested.
