Weather update: The mercury has again risen in the country’s national capital Delhi. At the same time, rain continues to wreak havoc in other states including Mumbai, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir. According to the Meteorological Department, due to heavy rains, roads were closed, trains were canceled and holidays were declared in schools across Maharashtra. Weather conditions are expected to remain bad in the country’s financial capital Mumbai and surrounding areas for the next few days.

There were around 40 passengers in it and all have been pulled out efficiently with the help of JCB.

The Meteorological Department has also issued an orange alert for the hill state of Himachal Pradesh and predicted heavy rains in the states for the next three days. There is no hope of respite from rain in Himachal Pradesh till July 25. At the same time, in the next 24 hours, there is a possibility of heavy rain with storm and lightning at different places in Dehradun, Uttarkashi, Tehri, Pauri and Nainital. Heavy rains lashed many places in the hill state of Jammu and Kashmir, following which the Jammu-Kashmir National Highway has been closed and efforts are on to open it.

Rain in the states of South India as well

According to the Meteorological Department, very heavy rainfall is expected in the coastal and other areas of Karnataka in the next 24 hours. At the same time, light to moderate rains can be recorded over Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Telangana during the next 5 days. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that there will be heavy rains in Andhra Pradesh on July 25.
