Uttarkashi Tunnel Rescue�rescued�Labourers: 41 laborers trapped in the Silkyara Tunnel of Uttarkashi were rescued safely on Tuesday night after 17 days. All the workers are said to be healthy. Meanwhile, Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has announced to provide financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh each to all the labourers. Apart from this, officials have been instructed to make complete arrangements for treatment in the hospital until the workers reach home safely. ,

In fact, while talking to the media in Silkyara, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said that all the 41 workers trapped in the tunnel have been admitted to the hospital. The government will bear the entire cost of treatment in the hospital. Apart from this, the government is also arranging food and accommodation for the family members and workers. CM Dhami further said that once the workers become healthy, the government will give them checks of Rs 1 lakh each as financial assistance.

A grand temple of Lord Boukhnag will be built soon – CM Dhami

Apart from this, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has announced to build a grand temple of Lord Boukhnag. He said that with the grace of Baba Baukhnag and the Gods and Goddesses of Devbhoomi, the Silkyara Tunnel Rescue Operation of Uttarkashi has been successful. A grand temple of Boukhnag deity will be built in Silkyara. Necessary instructions have been given to the officers for this. Chief Minister Dhami said that with the blessings of Baba Boukhnag, all the workers have come out safely. The villagers have raised the demand to build a temple of Baba Boukhnag. The government will fulfill this demand. For this, officials have been instructed to start the construction work of the temple soon.

Rescue operation lasted for 17 days to save 41 laborers.

Let us tell you that on the morning of Diwali on 12th November, there was a landslide in a 4.5 km long under-construction tunnel in Silkyara in Uttarkashi district. Due to which 41 laborers working in night shift were stuck there. Rescue operation was carried out for 17 days to get them out. Which was successful on 28th November i.e. Tuesday night at around 8 pm.
