Vande Bharat Express: Another incident of stone pelting has come to light on Vande Bharat Express trains in Karnataka. This time the miscreants have targeted the Dharwad-Bengaluru train. This information has been given by Indian Railways.

In this regard, the officials of the Indian Railways have told that there has been an incident of stone pelting on the Vande Bharat Express train on the Bangalore-Dharwad route. The incident took place between Kadur-Birur section in Karnataka. He further said that some people pelted stones.

According to information, there was an incident of stone pelting on Vande Bharat Express on July 1 as well. During this, stones were pelted on Vande Bharat in Davanagere. At that time the C-4 coach of the train was damaged. RPF has started its investigation in this matter. Officials further said that this will not hamper the service in any way. No passenger was injured in this.

Stones were also pelted on Mysore-Chennai Vande Bharat

Let us inform that even before this, another Vande Bharat was targeted in Karnataka. On February 26 this year, the Mysore-Chennai Vande Bharat Express train was pelted with stones. No casualties were reported in this incident as well.

Stone pelting also took place in Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal.

Similar incidents of stone pelting on Vande Bharat Express train took place near Gudur in Tirupati district of Andhra Pradesh, in which two people were detained by the Railway Police. Apart from this, stones have also been pelted on Vande Bharat going from West Bengal to Howrah-New Jalpaiguri.
