Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on Karnataka tour on Sunday. During this, PM Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of several development projects in Hubli-Dharwad. Along with this, the PM also dedicated the world’s longest railway platform to the nation. In Karnataka, PM Modi fiercely targeted the Congress and Rahul Gandhi while addressing the public meeting.

PM Modi targeted Rahul Gandhi and said that do not support those who comment on India from London. The PM said that India is not the biggest democracy, but it is the mother of democracy. He said that it is unfortunate that questions were raised on our democracy in London. He said that some people are constantly questioning the democracy of India. People of Karnataka should stay away from such people.

The PM said that the double engine government is constantly making efforts for the development of every district, village and town in Karnataka. A new stream of development is coming out with Hubli-Dharwad, which will work to irrigate the future of entire Karnataka.

Describing the achievements of the government, he said that till 2014 many people did not have a pucca house. There was a shortage of toilets and hospitals, treatment was expensive. The PM said that we worked on the problem and made people’s lives comfortable. He said that the number of AIIMS has been increased three times. The PM said that before this there were only 380 medical colleges in the country for seven decades and we have opened 250 new medical colleges in just 9 years.

He said that every person of Karnataka should have a happy life, youth should get employment opportunities, sisters and daughters should be empowered, in this direction we are working together. PM Modi said that Karnataka has touched another milestone today in terms of connectivity. He said that Siddharudha Swamiji station has the world’s largest platform. This is an extension of the thinking in which we give priority to infrastructure.
