After hearing the arguments of both the sides, the court said that the judicial custody of Sisodia is extended till April 17.

In this case also, after hearing the arguments of the CBI, the court had extended Sisodia’s judicial custody till April 17. The CBI had also given the same argument in the court that the investigation in the liquor scam case is at the final stage, so if Sisodia is thrown out, the investigation can be affected significantly. Therefore, Sisodia should be kept in judicial custody for a few more days. After hearing the CBI’s argument, the court had extended Sisodia’s bail till April 17.
