G7 Summit: The G-7 Summit meeting has been organized in Hiroshima, Japan. Several sessions have already been held in this. India is being represented by PM Narendra Modi in this conference. Meanwhile, a joint statement has come out from the G-7 summit. It added that we unequivocally condemn terrorism and violent extremism in all its forms and manifestations, including cross-border terrorism. We are committed to international cooperation and will work with our regional partners in a comprehensive and sustained manner to strengthen our ability to prevent, detect and respond to threats posed by terrorism and violent extremism in line with international law.
