Atique Murder: 3 shooters presented in CJM court, SIT asks for 14 days remand

ateek Ahmed (Atique Ahmed) and the three shooters who killed Ashraf Ahmed have reached Prayagraj from Pratapgarh Jail. All three were produced in the CJM court amidst heavy security. In view of the apprehension of an attack, a convoy of 60 policemen deployed in 7 vehicles took the three accused to Prayagraj. Apart from 3 Balero, 2 Gypsy, two prison vans were included in this convoy. Appearing in the court, 14 days police remand was sought for the accused.

Trying to reach the mastermind behind the murder plot

According to media reports, after the murder of Mafia Atiq Ahmed and Ashraf Ahmed, the SIT has filed an application in the CJM Court of Prayagraj. The SIT has sought 14-day custodial remand of the three accused from the court. A hearing was held in the CJM court of Prayagraj today in this matter. The SIT team will inquire into the matter by taking the accused in remand. The SIT suspects that this is someone else’s ploy. The SIT team is making vigorous efforts to trace the mastermind behind the murder of Atiq and Ashraf.

Please tell that on 15th April i.e. Saturday night at around 10:30, the mafia ateek Ahmed and his brother Ashraf Ahmed was shot dead. All the three shooters reached the spot posing as media personnel and gunned down Atiq and Ashraf as soon as they got a chance. After committing the murder, the three accused started raising religious slogans. The police arrested all the three accused from the spot. The names of the three shooters are Lavlesh Tiwari, Sunny and Arun Maurya. The weapons recovered from the accused make the police believe that the three accused are just pawns, the real game is of someone else.
