According to the new notice issued by HPSC, the exam will be held on May 21 i.e. Sunday. This exam will be conducted by the commission in two shifts morning and evening. At the same time, the commission has also told in the notice that soon the admit card of the candidates will also be issued. Let the candidates know that the information about the exam center will be given only after the issue of the admit card.

how will be the exam

For this recruitment candidates have to go through two tests. In the first exam, only general knowledge questions will be asked, while in the second exam, questions related to Mathematics, General Reasoning, English, Hindi and other subjects will be asked. It is very important for the candidates to know that there will be negative marking in the exam. One fourth i.e. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

2 hours for the exam

A total of 2 hours will be given to the candidates in both the exams. The admit card will be issued on the official website of the commission. Once released candidates can download the same from the official website in online mode.

Result will come on the basis of marks of paper 1

It is necessary to qualify Paper 2 of Civil Services Aptitude Test. In this examination, it is necessary for the candidates to bring the minimum qualifying marks i.e. 33%. The result of the Preliminary Examination will be based on the marks obtained in Paper 1 only, provided the candidate has obtained 33% marks in Civil Services Aptitude Test Paper 2.
