Kuljot Sandhu-Kondagaon/Farsgaon. A case of gang rape of a minor girl has come to light in Farsgaon police station area of Kondagaon district of Chhattisgarh. The relatives of the victim lodged a complaint of kidnapping at the Farasgaon police station. A few days ago, while watching a cultural program during the local fair at night, a minor girl was forcefully abducted in a motorcycle by a young man. Two real brothers along with three associates carried out this act. After taking the kidnapped girl to the house of these two real brothers, both of them gang-raped her.
Two minors also turned out to be accomplices
The Farsgaon police, after investigating the case, have arrested two real brothers, the main accused Mangtu Mandavi, Manoj Mandavi, along with their associate co-accused Bhupendra Markam and two minors, accused of abducting a minor girl and committing incest.
Motorcycle used in kidnapping seized
At the same time, the motorcycle used in the kidnapping has been seized. Farsgaon police has taken action against the accused under sections 363, 365, 366 (a), 376 (2) (n), 376 (3) 376 (d/a), 34 Bhadvi 06/17 Pasco Act.
