New Delhi: Under the educational expansion of Ambedkar University by the Delhi government, 5 new schools are being started here from the academic session 2023-24 for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. These new schools include Public Policy, Mathematics and Data Science, Indigenous Knowledge and Tribal Studies, Media Studies and Philosophy and Religious Studies. Education Minister Atishi held a review meeting in this regard on Friday with officials of Ambedkar University and Higher Education Department.

Education has been expanded in Delhi’s Ambedkar University from the coming session. In this university, 5 new schools are being opened for UG and PG courses from the next session. Regarding the educational expansion of the university, Education Minister Atishi said that adding these new schools to Ambedkar University will improve the quality of higher education in the country. Along with this, he said that there will be a rapid change in education. Atishi said that this step is very important in the direction of preparing the students according to the industrial demands. Through these schools, the university will help the students to develop skills according to the new era of 21st century.

It is noteworthy that under the expansion project of Ambedkar University, CM Kejriwal government will get two new campuses of Ambedkar University constructed at Dhirpur and Rohini. Explain that the campus of Ambedkar University in Rohini is spread over 164130 square meters, while the campus in Dhirpur will be spread over 200759 square meters. After the construction of these two new campuses, more than 26,000 students will be able to take admission here.
