UP Weather Update: After the entry of monsoon in Purvanchal, now the weather department has issued a rain alert in the rest of Uttar Pradesh as well. It is being told that by Monday the monsoon will knock in the entire state. According to the weather forecast, the effect of monsoon, which started from Purvanchal, will now be seen in the entire state, which will pass through Central UP and enter West UP by Monday. On the other hand, there was monsoon rain on Saturday in many parts of Purvanchal and Terai. According to the Meteorological Department, good rains have been recorded in cities like Varanasi, Sonbhadra, Prayagraj, Sultanpur, Ayodhya etc.

According to the Meteorological Department, keeping in view the speed with which the monsoon is progressing, the monsoon will knock in the entire state on Sunday i.e. today. According to the Zonal Meteorological Center, Lucknow, cyclonic winds are present in the central part of the state. Due to this, monsoon is likely to cover the entire state. However, monsoon has already arrived in most parts of the state. Still people are not getting relief from the humidity. It is being told that now people will get relief from the heat wave in the state. At present, the sky will be cloudy, cold winds will blow and the temperature will generally be 5 to 6 degrees less.

Rain alert issued in many parts of the state on June 25-26

The Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rains for Amroha, Bareilly, Bijnor, Moradabad, Pilibhit in the state today. Along with this, yellow alert has been issued in many parts of western UP. The state has currently recorded less than 28 mm of rainfall till June 24, which is less than half. Normally 58.2 mm of rainfall is considered as normal rainfall.
