The Meteorological Department said that the reason for the rain and wind right now is the confluence of western disturbances and easterly winds. In such a situation, sometimes the Western Disturbance comes very low in the northern parallel. Presently the same thing is going on, because of this the surface is decreasing. Apart from this, moist easterly winds are also blowing.
