Mukhtar Ansari Last Conversation With Son Umar Ansari: Mafia Mukhtar Ansari, lodged in Banda jail, died on Thursday night. The cause of death has been stated to be cardiac arrest. Meanwhile, the audio of the last conversation between Mukhtar Ansari and his younger son Omar Ansari is viral on social media. This conversation is said to have taken place late on Tuesday evening. Mukhtar’s condition was bad that day also. He was brought back to jail after being discharged from Banda Medical College. Then he talked to son Abbas Ansari’s wife Nikhat and younger son Umar Ansari on phone. Mukhtar Ansari had said in his last phone call to his family that his body was not under his control.
Frightened Mukhtar Ansari said that he was barely able to walk. He also said that he is unable to fast and is able to offer namaz only once a day.

Enmity with Brajesh Singh, murder of Krishnanand in enmity
The matter is of July 2001. Mukhtar Ansari’s car was fired upon by another gangster Brajesh Singh and his associate Tribhuvan Singh. Ansari’s two gunners were killed in hand-to-hand combat. This is known as Ursi Chatti firing in Ghazipur district. In 2005, Ansari took revenge by killing BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai, who had protected Singh. A case was later filed by Ansari against Singh in connection with the Ursi Chatti shooting.
Another FIR was filed in 2023, naming Mukhtar Ansari as the killer of one of its gunners. Brajesh Singh had absconded after the murder of Krishnanand Rai. In 2008, Delhi Police caught him and put him in jail. Was released by Allahabad High Court in 2022. It is being claimed that Ansari’s testimony could have sent him back to jail. The so-called Thakur lobby of the state wanted to save Brajesh Singh.

Mukhtar Ansari had given an application in Barabanki court a week ago. In which he was accused of giving slow poison. The court had also asked for his health report from the jail administration. But his health suddenly deteriorated on Thursday night. After which he was taken to Rani Durgavati Medical College. But he died during treatment.
