Hearing in gangster case on Mukhtar Ansari and Afzal today, increased security

Ghazipur’s MP MLA court will pronounce its verdict on Mukhtar Ansari and Afzal Ansari under the Gangster Act today.

Ghazipur’s MP MLA court will pronounce its verdict on Mukhtar Ansari and Afzal Ansari under the Gangster Act today.

Saturday is a very special day for mafia Mukhtar Ansari and his elder brother BSP MP Afzal Ansari. Ghazipur’s MP-MLA’s Special Court (MP-MLA Court) will give its verdict on Saturday in the matter of Gangster Act. Security has been tightened in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghazipur before the production of these two. The Allahabad High Court had in March this year denied bail to a member of the Mukhtar Ansari gang in a 2010 murder case in Mau district, in which the jailed gangster-turned-politician is also an accused.

MP Afzal Ansari can be a member

Afzal Ansari was booked under the Gangster Act in connection with the murder of BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai. At the same time, a case was registered against his younger brother Mukhtar Ansari in the year 2007 in connection with the murder of BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai and Nandkishore Gupta Rungta. If the MP-MLA court of Ghazipur sentences Afzal Ansari to a sentence of more than two years, then his parliamentary membership will be cancelled. Ten people have testified against Mukhtar and seven against Afzal in this case. Afzal Ansari is out on bail now.

MP-MLA court has already reserved its decision

After this, on February 21, some evidence was presented by Mukhtar Ansari and Afzal Ansari. Along with this, on April 1 and 2, the court had reserved the decision on the matter. A new date of April 15 was given on this, but due to some reason the decision could not be taken. After this, the court had fixed the date of 29 April.
