At the same time, doctors say that what is this emergency has not been properly clarified in the bill.

According to Right to Health, if a person is suffering from a disease in critical condition and the patient needs to be referred to big hospitals, then the hospital will have to provide ambulance facility, but doctors say that if the cost of ambulance has to be given to the hospitals So who will bear that expense? This has not been clarified in the Bill. Doctors of private hospitals say that there are many such provisions in this bill, which are against their interests and can harm them.
