Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday inaugurated the Delhi-Ajmer Vande Bharat Express by flagging it off through video conferencing. He said that with the running of this new train, the journey from Jaipur to Delhi will become easier. He also thanked Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot for attending the programme. Also said that you have laddoos in both your hands. Not only this, he also taunted the Congress in an indirect way.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had flagged off the Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express train after reaching Telangana on April 8. He had said that most of the projects of the Center are getting delayed due to lack of cooperation from the state government. Its loss is happening to the people of Telangana. He had urged the state government not to let the development plans of the Center get hampered. Today PM Modi inaugurated the Delhi-Ajmer Vande Bharat Express. The politics of Rajasthan has heated up since Sachin Pilot’s fast in Rajasthan. Despite this, CM Ashok Gehlot has taken time out to participate in the programme. This is the reason why PM Modi has praised him.
CM Gehlot made this mistake in front of PM
Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot along with Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav was also present at Jaipur station during the inauguration of Delhi-Ajmer Vande Bharat Express. During this, CM Gehlot thanked PM Modi. However, the CM mispronounced the name of the train. CM called Vande Bharat Express as Vande Mataram Express. Thanking PM Modi, he said that you have given Vande Mataram Express to the state, thank you for this. Later, he rectified his mistake.
