Rajasthan BJP Candidate List: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released the fourth list of candidates for Rajasthan Assembly elections today i.e. on Friday. Names of only two candidates have been announced in this list. In this, Ram Niwas Meena has been fielded from Todabhim (SC) seat, while Swaroop Singh Khara has got the ticket from Shiv seat.

BJP has released 4 lists so far

Earlier, BJP had released the third list of names of its candidates the previous day i.e. on Thursday. Names of 58 candidates were announced in this list. BJP has released a total of four lists so far. Names of candidates have been announced for 184 seats in these four lists. However, the party is still yet to announce its candidates for 16 seats.

when will the elections be held

Voting for Rajasthan Assembly will be held in a single phase on November 25. Earlier, voting was scheduled to be held in one phase on November 23, but later due to some reasons the voting dates were changed. If we talk about the results of the elections, they will come on 3rd December.

In the year 2018, Congress won 99 seats.

There are total 200 assembly seats in Rajasthan. In the year 2018, elections were held for 199 seats. At that time Congress had won the elections from 99 seats. But it fell short of the 100-seat mark for majority by just one seat. Whereas BJP had got 73 seats. 6 BSP MLAs had registered victory. Apart from this, Hanuman Beniwal’s party RLP had got three seats. Along with 13 independents, five candidates from other parties also reached the assembly after winning the elections. However, this time too a tough contest is being seen between BJP and Congress in Rajasthan. Both the parties are trying their best to get power in the state.
