Arvind Kejriwal in Punjab: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is visiting Punjab today on Saturday. In fact, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann gifted development works worth Rs 867 crore in Hoshiarpur. CM Kejriwal has reached Punjab to participate in this program. During this, CM Kejriwal addressed the program. He said that it has been almost 75 years since the country got independence. What other governments have not done in 75 years, AAP government will do in 5 years.
‘CM Mann gave a package of Rs 867 crore’
CM Kejriwal said that CM Bhagwant Mann has given a package of Rs 867 crore to Hoshiarpur today. No government has given Hoshiarpur before this. Today is a historic day for Hoshiarpur. CM Mann said that in this package, medical colleges, roads, mohalla clinics, sewage treatment plants, water supply projects and libraries will be built. CM Kejriwal said that during the Russia-Ukraine war, 350 children of Punjab had left medical studies and returned, then Bhagwant Mann had decided that he would make Punjab a hub of education.
Door step delivery ration will start
Kejriwal said that so far 650 mohalla clinics have been opened in Punjab. Where all medicines are available free, tests and treatment are free. X-ray machines and other machines are being installed in all district hospitals. Earlier in Punjab, people used to come to us with bills worth Rs 10,000, today they get free electricity and 24 hours electricity in just 1.5 years. Today the Punjab government is following the path shown by Guru Maharaj ji. AAP government is working for the destitute, helpless and poor people. Kejriwal further said that door step delivery ration will be started soon.
Announcement of building five medical colleges
Today the convener said that the biggest thing is about building medical colleges in Punjab, at present there are 4 medical colleges in Punjab. One of these was made by an Englishman. Only three medical colleges have been built in 75 years of independence. After 1947 only three colleges were built, Patiala, Faridkot and Mohali. It has been one and a half years since our government came into power, and we have announced the construction of five medical colleges. These will be built in Hoshiarpur, Kapurthala, Sangrur, Malerkotla and Moga.
Targeted at opposition leaders
Attacking the opposition leaders and governments, Kejriwal said that Captain Saheb, Badal Saheb and Sompal Saheb never looked back at you. These will never be of any use to you in your happiness or sorrow. But your son Bhagwant Mann will stand with you. If you strengthen their hands then the stream of progress will flow in every village of Hoshiarpur.
