According to the information received, the deceased had gone to the accused mother and son to collect his borrowed money. But after giving the money, both of them started arguing. Due to which the dispute escalated so much that the mother and son attacked the young man and killed him. Here, the police reached the spot after receiving information about the incident and registered a case and initiated action against the accused.
Murder case registered against mother and son
According to the information received, 55-year-old Ramesh, son of Gabbulal Jaiswal, resident of Nijatpura railway station, used to operate the canteen. Six months ago, Jaiswal had lent ten thousand rupees to Mangubai, a resident of Bapu Nagar. Two days ago, Jaiswal had gone to Mangubai’s house to ask for money. Here Mangubai along with her son had beaten Jaiswal severely. During this, Jaiswal was seriously injured and his son took him to the hospital in a critical condition. Where he died during treatment. Here, the family members of the deceased filed a case of murder against the accused mother and son. After which the police registered the case and arrested the accused.
