MP ELECTION 2023: Morena. It may be a big problem for Congress in Morena, Madhya Pradesh because the District Court has issued an arrest warrant against Ajab Singh Kushwaha, Congress MLA from here and candidate from Sumawali Assembly. This warrant has been issued by the court of Judicial Magistrate Deshna Jain in a case of check bounce and forgery. Ajab Singh has to appear in this case on 8th November. In this case, the complainant has appealed to the police and administration to arrest the accused Kushwaha, who was roaming around campaigning in the area, and present him in the court.
what is the whole matter
Actually, during the by-elections held in the state in 2020, Ajab Singh Kushwaha had borrowed Rs 3 lakh from Mohanlal Kushwaha, resident of Jauri. His lawyer Dhirendra Jadaun said that the check given to the complainant to return this money bounced. The complainant has registered case number 398 2021 in the court under Section 138 of the Check Dishonor Act and Section 420 of the IPC. Complainant’s lawyer Dhirendra Jadaun says that Ajab Singh did not appear in the court. Due to this, the court issued an arrest warrant against Ajab Singh in the month of September. But, Ajab Singh has not been arrested yet.
