Madhya Pradesh Weather update: In Madhya Pradesh, there was rain and hailstorm in some areas of Gwalior-Chambal and Mahakaushal on Friday. Whereas, hot winds continued to blow in Vindhya and Bundelkhand along with strong sunshine. There was light cloud cover in the capital Bhopal in the morning. Light rain occurred in Sagar, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Tikamgarh, Shivpuri, Ratlam, Chhindwara and Mandsaur in the afternoon. Whereas, there was strong storm in Sehore and hailstorm in Morena on Friday evening.
Woman dies after falling under gaz in Khargone
The weather pattern has changed in Malwa-Nimar. A 36-year-old woman, Lilubai, died due to lightning in Khargone district on Friday evening. Nephew Sunil (10) also got burnt. To protect themselves from the rain, these people stood under an acacia tree.
Chances of rain here including Satna-Shahdol
Hot winds continued to blow in Maihar Mandla, Damoh and Satna on Friday along with hailstorm in Morena and rain in many districts. Western disturbance is active in MP. Trough line is also present here. Due to which the weather patterns will change on March 30. There is a possibility of rain in Sagar, Tikamgarh, Guna, Ashoknagar, Niwari, Chhatarpur, Damoh, Panna, Satna, Maihar, Rewa, Mauganj, Sidhi, Shahdol, Umaria, Anuppur, Dindori, Pandhurna, Seoni and Balaghat.
