mp political and governance related news: Bhopal.Home Minister Narottam Mishra has refuted the rumors of withdrawal of tax free order for the film ‘The Kerala Story’ in Madhya Pradesh and said that the Chief Minister of the state Shivraj Singh Chouhan (Shivraj) had announced the relaxation of the tracks in the film. He said that the film is tax free in Madhya Pradesh and will remain tax free in future as well. Appealing to the people of the state, the minister said that no throw order should be obeyed. He has also appealed to the operators of cinema halls that they should not get confused.
A copy of the order is going viral on social media
Confusion in this matter arose after an order appeared on social media with the name and signature of RP Srivastava, Deputy Secretary, Commercial Taxes Department. In which it has been mentioned that the order issued on May 10 regarding making the film tax free stands cancelled. From the dispatch number to the copy of the same order, the designations of the concerned officers including the Chief Minister’s Office and Collector Bhopal have been mentioned.
