mp government news: On the meeting of doctors with Chief Minister Shivraj, talk could not be done on an issue

mp government news Bhopal. The team of doctors in all the government hospitals of Madhya Pradesh including Bhopal have returned to work following the order of the High Court. During this, the office bearers of the Medical Federation met Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and discussed their demands. Chief Minister Shivraj has given instructions to the concerned officials regarding some demands of the doctors, but in the meantime, talks between the government and the doctors have not yet been made on one issue. In fact, like the Centre, doctors in the state are demanding the implementation of DACP (Dynamic Assured Career Progression). The Medical Department team wants that the fourth upgradation and 10,000 grade pay should be implemented for the medical officers in the state. On which the bureaucrats are not getting ready for this. In this regard, Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang says that the government has accepted all the demands of the doctors.

Government and doctors are not able to talk about the fourth upgradation

The officials of the Medical Federation say that when the government was giving two upgradations, during that time the government had given three upgradations giving importance to the doctors. While at that time four and a half lakh employees were getting its benefits. Like the DACP scheme of the Central Government, now four upgradations should be given to the Medical Officer. The government is talking about giving three upgradations under the previous years, but is refusing to give 10 thousand grade pay. At present, there is a provision of three pay scales in the state, under which upgradation will be given three times in the service years and the government gives the highest pay scale from time to time giving opportunity to move forward.
