MP Electricity worker: Electricity workers from all over the state will gather in Bhopal tomorrow, will agitate for these demands

Bhopal . Assembly elections are to be held in Madhya Pradesh this year. Because of which the expectations of all government employees have increased from the government and they want to take advantage of this opportunity to get their demands accepted. In this sequence, tomorrow on August 13, the electricians are going to organize a big movement in the capital Bhopal.

Electricity workers are doing this movement for their 13 point demands. For which tomorrow on Sunday, electricity workers from all over the state will come and gather in Bhopal. Along with this, a demand has also been made by the electricity workers to the Chief Minister to call a power convention. So that the Chief Minister can solve the demands of the electricity workers.

Let me tell you that this movement is being done by the Electricity Joint Sangharsh Samiti. Describing this, Lokendra Srivastava, the media in-charge of the committee, has said that this movement is being done by the officers, outsourced employees, contract employees of the entire Electricity Department of Madhya Pradesh. The purpose behind which is to fulfill the demands that have been happening for years. For which we are going to do this big movement on 13th August.

1. Electricity privatization should be banned immediately.

2. Engineers recruited from Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer should be given higher pay scale by deleting three stars in second and third higher pay scale. Improvement in the matrix of the seventh pay scale should be done by increasing the basic pay from 6510 to 7440 instead of 6510 for pay discrepancy grade pay 2500 of the 6th pay scale of electricians appointed before 2018. The grade of junior engineers appointed after 2018 should be amended from 3200 to 4100 in the seventh pay scale matrix.

3. Pension should be provided from treasury. Old pension should be restored in place of NPS for the personnel recruited after 2006.

4. Regularization of contract employees should be done unconditionally. In the year 2013, the recruitment of test assistants should be regularized by removing the discrepancy.

5. Class III and IV electricians should be transferred to the home company.

6. Expelled outsourced personnel should be brought back. Accident insurance of 20 lakhs should be done. A proper human resource policy should be made by fixing the minimum salary at Rs 15,000.

7. Junior engineers with higher education in power companies should be promoted to assistant engineers and employees with higher education should also be promoted.

8. Employees with ITI qualification in transmission company should be given benefits by doing them in third category.

9. Assistant Engineers should be recruited on those posts, considering the posts vacant after retirement from Class I posts or the current charge of higher posts.

10. Salary anomalies prevailing among the officers and employees of the Electricity Department should be eliminated.

11. French Benefit should be implemented.

12. Electricity Work Protection Act should be implemented.

13. After determining the organizational structure pending for years, new recruitment should be done on the vacant posts.

14. Clause 2 of the letter dated June 9, 2011, dated June 9, 2011, related to the organizational structure of all power companies, should be cancelled.

15. Unconditional compassionate appointment should be given to the regular contract and outsourced personnel of the year 2012 and present during the service period in the power companies, as well as compassionate appointment on the post of office assistant on the death of regular personnel in the former field company.
