Election symbol for Vindhya Janata Party has also been released by the Commission. Narayan Tripathi is going to field his candidates from many seats of Vindhya in the upcoming assembly elections.

Vindhya Janata Party’s election symbol from the Election Commission has two sugarcanes and a farmer. The Commission released the symbol for the party on Friday. Along with Vindhya Janata Party, 5 other political parties have also been recognized by the Election Commission.
MLA Narayan Tripathi
Presently Narayan Tripathi is the MLA from Maihar Assembly seat on BJP ticket. However, now he has resigned from the party. Before the elections, Narayan had also announced the formation of his own separate party. When he resigned from BJP, there was speculation that he might join Congress. He also reached the Congress office for this but his efforts were not accepted there. Narayan Tripathi is a big Brahmin face from Vindhya region. They have been demanding for a long time to make Vindhya a separate state. Due to this demand he also left the party.
