Bhopal. On Saturday, there was a sharp drop in the day temperature after rains in several districts including the capital. Due to the changed weather patterns in the state, some reduction in the heat wave was felt. According to the Meteorological Center, there will be rain with hail in many districts on Sunday, while there is every possibility of clouds and showers in Bhopal. According to meteorologist AK Shukla, with the system still active, rain and clouds will continue due to moisture from the Arabian Sea. Malajkhand 8, Seoni received 2 mm of rain between morning and 5 pm on Saturday. There was a drop in mercury due to showers around Bhopal, Sagar, Mandla, Umaria, Raisen, Sehore. Earlier, between Friday night and Saturday morning, rain has been recorded in Seoni, Jabalpur, Satna, Naugaon, Gwalior and Malajkhand and Raisen.

According to meteorologist AK Shukla, the system is currently active in Rajasthan with Western Disturbance. Betul, Chhindwara, Seoni, Mandla and Balaghat districts will receive rain with hail on Sunday due to the system being active in the state. On the other hand, in the districts of Bhopal division and Dhar, Indore, Khargone, Shajapur, Dewas and Agar etc., there may be rain and showers with strong winds and thunderstorms. Due to this, the day temperature is expected to drop further.

There was a cloud camp in the city since Friday night, due to which there were clouds throughout the day on Saturday and showers in many parts of Alsubah city. Clouds and showers led to a rapid drop in the day temperature. The day’s mercury fell by 3.2 degrees to 35.1 degrees, which is 4 degrees less than normal. The mercury in the sea was 33 degrees, which is 7 degrees less than normal. In many districts, the temperature remained as low as five degrees. In Pachmarhi, the mercury dropped by 3.5 degrees to 27.5 degrees, which is 5.3 degrees below normal. Apart from this, in many districts including Betul, Dhar, Narmadapuram, Indore, Khargone, Ujjain, the day’s temperature remained between 3 to 4 degrees less than normal.
