Cockroach found in railway food
According to the information, this incident happened with the family of Indore resident Shivnath Singh. Shivnath along with his family were returning to Indore after visiting Somnath, when the family ordered a lunch box in the train and found a dead cockroach in it. This cockroach was found in the pulses of the railway food. Seeing which Shivnath and his family were shocked. On this, the family complained about this to the Railways, but on the contrary, they were being insisted to withdraw the complaint.
Vendor refused to accept his mistake
Please inform that Shivnath and his family had gone to Somnath to visit during the holidays. Where he ordered food. For which he paid Rs 140 for each box. When a cockroach was found in one of them, they returned the food. But during this the vendor refused to accept his mistake. After which the relatives complained about this at the railway site. Manager demanded withdrawal of complaint
After about two hours, the manager from IRCTC came and understood the whole matter. He said ok we will return the payment but before that you withdraw the complaint. After a long debate, the manager returned the payment, then Shivnath Singh messaged 139 regarding the resolution of his complaint, but his reference number did not come.
