The trial run will be done as soon as the metro coach arrives from Gujarat’s dusky Vadodara to Bhopal, but the special thing is that the company is also preparing to operate the metro in the priority corridor on a war footing. Looking at this preparation, it seems that metro train from Subhash Nagar to AIIMS will be available to the public in three months. Because almost 80 percent of the preparation for the steel bridge to be built at Habibganj railway crossing has been completed. The steel bridge coming from Alwar will be placed on the finished bridge. Before this, work of byduct is going on at DRM intersection, which will be connected to the byduct of the bridge to be built at Habibganj railway crossing. After this a steel bridge will be laid. After completion of this work, the metro operation track will be ready till AIIMS.

Apart from the company officials, the metro coaches will reach Bhopal by September 16 after covering a distance of about 600 kilometers. As soon as the coaches arrive, they will be unloaded at Subhashnagar depot. The trial run of the metro will be done anytime around 25th September. Due to this, escalators, civil work and other works are being done rapidly at metro stations.

Trial will be held at these stations

There are a total of eight stations in the Priority Corridor. These include AIIMS Hospital, Alkapuri, DRM Office, Station, Rani Kamalapati Station, MP Nagar, Board Office, Kendriya Vidyalaya and Subhashnagar Station. The trial run will be done from Subhash Nagar station to RKMP station in about three and a half kilometers. Before the trial, work related to escalators, lifts, structure sheds, tracks, fire fighting is going on at metro stations. The target is to complete all the necessary work for the trial soon.
