The police also immediately took action on the matter and arrested the accused within an hour. The police have registered an FIR against the accused under the POCSO Act.
According to the information, a minor has been raped in village Gothra under Nalkheda police station of Agar-Malwa district. The report of which has been lodged by the family members of the minor at Nalkheda police station. Giving information, Susner SDOP Pallavi Shukla said that a person had committed wrongdoing to a minor in Gothra. The complaint was lodged by the victim’s family members at Nalkheda police station. Taking the matter seriously, the police searched for the accused. The police arrested the accused within just an hour. Police have registered a case against the accused under Section 376 IPC including POCSO Act.
