The victim’s wife said that her husband died in February 2014. He has a daughter and two sons. The village person had borrowed 35 lakh rupees from him. The person had stolen around two million rupees from both him and other villagers. Later, in December 2021, the person committed suicide by being cut off the train. The woman claimed that the deceased’s brother lodged a complaint against her with the railway police after her death, alleging that he committed suicide under pressure over her repeated demands for money. The lawsuit was dismissed due to the lack of truthfulness of the allegations. Afterwards, Ravi, a youth from the family of the person who took her money, raped her.

He has filed a rape lawsuit against Ravi, which is being heard in the Sonipat Fast Track Court. The woman claims that her family has been threatened with a settlement in the rape case. On April 16, when her daughter and her mother were walking, two women ran after her daughter from the other side with a sickle. Another woman nearby saved her daughter. After that, his daughter was threatened with being picked up from school. The woman claims she was threatened that she would break into the house and damage her sensitive organs. The woman said obscene gestures were made towards her when she went on duty. One of the suspects tried to run over her. He keeps threatening to kill her.

Station manager Kundmi Bijendra Kumar said the woman had lodged a complaint about the case, on which a case had been registered. The matter is being thoroughly investigated. Further measures will be initiated on the basis of the investigation.
