When the police began investigating this complaint, the applicant’s son was also identified as a suspect. The Ateli Police then instituted proceedings against the accused and the applicant’s son under Section 13A of the Public Gambling Act.

Tripta, a woman from Turkiyawas village in Ateli area, sent a complaint to the Interior Minister. In this complaint he shared that he had a son, Sudhir. He had an accident on December 21, 2018. He suffered serious head injuries. As a result, he became 70 percent mentally handicapped. One of his lawsuits was filed in Rewari. The claim of about 18 lakh rupees was transferred to the son. The defendant Anurag, a resident of the village, was fully aware of this fact. His bad rule was demanding money. The defendant, knowing that the son’s mental state is not healthy, deliberately lets him gamble with the intention of extorting his money by teaching him wrong habits. Makes you bet. About eighteen lakh rupees were deposited into Ankit’s account via phone payment from his son’s nominated mobile phone. When he found out about this, he told him that his son’s mental state was not good, so he was teaching him bad habits. While his life was saved with great difficulty due to his accident and his mental disability, the son was also divorced. She takes care of a boy and a girl. At home there is no one to earn, so he threatened to go somewhere, the police, etc. can not go wrong. He is a man of political influence.

The complainant informed that this complaint had previously been submitted to the SP, but no action had been taken. No proceedings were instituted against the accused. Being a person of political influence, he agrees with the police and no action has been taken against the accused. For this reason, the complaint was forwarded to Interior Minister Anil Vij.

This fact came to the fore during the police investigation

The police investigated the matter. Both parties were involved and their statements were recorded. Screenshots of chats and money transactions in online betting were examined. The complainant alleges that his son Sudhir is 70 per cent mentally disabled and that Anurag Turkiyavas seduced him into online betting, causing Sudhir to suffer a loss of Rs.756,900. During the investigation, the applicant was unable to produce any evidence that her son Sudhir had a 70 percent mental disability. Online betting was opened by both Sudhir and Anurag.
