Sonipat: In Badoli village, a brother shot his own sister. A case of kidnapping a boy was registered against the late Rakhi, due to which her elder brother Vijay bore a grudge against her. That’s why Vijay committed the crime. On receiving the information, police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it to the Civil Hospital for post-mortem. The police are investigating the matter.
According to the information, a girl named Rakhi, who was studying MBA in Chandigarh, had come to her village Badoli after her uncle’s death. A case was filed against Rakhi for kidnapping a boy and she had also served the sentence in that case, but her elder brother Vijay bore a grudge against Rakhi in the matter. Due to this rivalry, Vijay killed Rakhi by shooting her in the forehead. There was a sensation in the village when the elder brother killed his sister and Vijay fled from the crime scene after this murder. After receiving information about the incident, Sonipat Bahalgarh police station and crime branch team reached the spot and started investigation considering the seriousness of the matter. The crime branch team is making efforts to arrest the accused Vijay.
