Sonipat: An unknown vehicle traveling at high speed hit a woman who was riding a scooter on the Sonipat-Gohana road, causing the woman to die on the spot. The woman drove to work on a scooter. As soon as information about the case was received, the police reached the spot, took possession of the body and shifted it to the Civil Hospital. Where the autopsy of the body was conducted and handed over to the family members. The police have registered a case based on the statement of the deceased’s husband. The police are seriously investigating the matter.
Praveen, a resident of Barwasni village, said that he works as a security guard. His wife Pinky works at the Reliance showroom. Like every day, she rode her scooter to the Reliance showroom. At around 6:30 a.m., his wife Pinky was hit by an unknown vehicle. His wife died on the spot in the accident. As soon as information about the case was received, Sadar police station reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it to the civil hospital. Where the autopsy of the body was conducted and handed over to the family members. Investigating officer ASI Paramjeet said the matter was being seriously investigated. Further action will be taken as soon as possible after the driver has been located.
