Sirsa: Last day, BJP leader Gobind Kanda came to Phulkan village to inaugurate the paved roads to be constructed in the fields under the Chief Minister Farm Barn Scheme. But before the foundation stone was laid, an unknown person uprooted the stone and dropped it on the village ground. However, Gobind Kanda reached the place, stayed there for a while and started another program in the village. After this incident, a police report was also filed. The police are investigating the matter.

According to the information, two dirt roads in the fields are being concreted in Phulkan village under the orders of MLA Gopal Kanda under the Chief Minister Farm-Barn Scheme. On Friday, the younger brother of MLA and BJP leader Gobind Kanda had come to inaugurate both the roads. As soon as Gobind Kanda arrived around 12 noon to lay the foundation stone of the first road, the foundation stone of Phulkan-Sirsa road was dropped by an unknown person, causing it to break. However, when Gobind Kanda arrived there after some time and saw all this, there was complete chaos. However, Gobind Kanda left the venue for the next broadcast without commenting on the incident. His personal secretary Laxman then lodged a complaint with the police.

This foundation stone was laid on the road built 3 years ago

In fact, one of the reasons for this development has come to light that the closure road on which the foundation stone was laid was constructed three years ago during the tenure of the previous panchayats. While under the Mukhyamantri Khet-Khalihan Yojana, the work of paving the dirt roads was underway, starting at a distance of 5 acres from the inauguration site. Panch Kuldeep Jangu said that regardless of the scheme used to pave the path, the inauguration stone should be installed at the beginning of the same path, but it was installed about 200 feet earlier in the roadside panchayat premises.

On this issue, JE Naresh Bansal of Panchayati Department says that the width of the roads being constructed under the Chief Minister Farm-Barn Scheme is around 12 feet. Since it is a road that runs through fields, its width is significantly less, which is why the inauguration stone for this structure was placed on the side of the main road. Ding police station SHO Vikram Singh said a complaint was received in the matter and investigation has been initiated. Whatever action is taken in this matter, it will definitely be taken.
