Rohtak: A young man from Sheetal Nagar goes missing from home after threatening his father. The young man told his father on the phone that he had failed to be a good son. Since then, the family has been looking for the only brother of three sisters. His bike was found on the bank of the canal. The family is afraid of a possible incident. The son’s cell phone is also turned off. Here, the father also became emotional while talking about his only son, following which the NDRF team searched the channel. The police have now registered a case and started investigations.

According to the information, Sheetal Nagar resident Awadhesh Kumar said he has four children (three daughters and an elder son). His elder son Jatin is around 18 years old and takes lessons. On Friday he came home a little late. When asked at the time, he said that he still had some extra lessons. Awadhesh said that at night he fell asleep while watching the cricket match and his son fell asleep in the next room. Jatin’s call reached him around 12:01 in the night. Jatin told his father that he was a dirty son, not a good son. I can’t do it like you can. You are a good father and please forgive me. After that, when Awadhesh switched off the phone and went to his son’s room, his son was not found. He searched the house but couldn’t find any sign of his son anywhere and when he looked down he saw that the gate was open and the old bike wasn’t there.

He said that he called his workers and went looking for his son in the colony at night. He then returned home and informed his family. During the search, a motorcycle was found parked near the JLN Canal following which a police report was lodged. The police sent him home at night, but in the morning he came to the canal again and started searching. His son also left a message at home.

ASI Sushil Kumar of Shivaji Colony police station said that information was received in the night that a youth named Jatin had gone missing from the house. His bike was found near the canal and it was suspected that he had jumped into the canal. On this basis, NDRF was called. The child is searched.
