When the 15-year-old daughter protested, the lover cut the girl’s hair from her head. He beat him and threatened to kill him. The girl has not lodged an FIR at the Panihar Parliament police station. Based on the FIR received from there, Khol police station registered a case against the accused.
In the complaint lodged at Panihar police station in MP, the girl said that her mother came to Mandola along with Manish Botham and her younger brother. Her mother said that she would have a court marriage with Manish Botham. When he refused to do this to his mother, Manish cut the hair on his head. He was beaten mercilessly with belts. When she told Rakesh Botham on the phone what had happened to her, he came to Mandaula to pick her up. She hid from her mother and Manish and went to her village. After she went to the village and informed her father and aunt about the incident, they took her to the police station to register a case. The Gwalior police have registered a case against the accused Manish Botham. After that, no FIR was sent to the police station to take any action.
The case caused a headache for the police.
Khol police station has registered a case against accused Manish Botham under various sections after no FIR was received from MP’s Panihar police station, but now the accused has also left Mandola. After registering the case, it will not be easy for the police to find the accused. For this, the police have to run to the MP. Investigating officer Giriraj said the entire family had come to Mandola for forced labour. Now the family is gone. Must go to MP to arrest accused.
