Panipat: Refinery manager Sushil Kumar, a resident of Rer Kalan village, Panipat district, committed suicide under suspicious circumstances by shooting himself in the head with his licensed pistol at the Refinery Township Stadium. After being shot, he staggered and fell to the ground covered in blood. When they heard the sound of the bullet, a crowd gathered nearby. The manager was taken to a private hospital in Panipat for treatment where doctors declared him dead. Reported the incident to Sadar police station. Police took the body into their custody and kept it at Panipat Government Hospital for post-mortem. Police began investigating the reasons for the shooting.
According to the information, Sushil was hired as an employee at Panipat Refinery and after his promotion, he was posted as a manager in the materials department today. He suddenly committed suicide by shooting himself in the head with his licensed pistol. After hearing the sound of the bullet, people gathered nearby and took him to a private hospital where doctors declared him dead. It is not yet known why manager Sushil Kumar committed suicide. The police are busy finding out the reasons behind the suicide. Here, SHO of Sadar police station Jagjit Ahlawat said that manager Sushil Kumar shot himself in the head with his pistol in Refinery Township, resulting in his death. The body of deceased Sushil Kumar has been kept at the mortuary of Government Hospital, Panipat for post-mortem. The police are investigating this matter.
