Palwal: Dr. Vice Chancellor of Shri Vishwakarma Kaushal Vishwavidyalaya. Raj Nehru said that on-the-job training is a great mantra for success. That’s why we connect students directly to industry by signing more and more MoUs. He spoke as the main guest at the program organized for the MoU on Wednesday. Shri Vishwakarma Skill University signed memoranda of understanding with four industrial partners on this occasion.
Vice Chancellor Dr. Raj Nehru said that through on-the-job training, students learn all these nuances that later prove helpful in practice. Shri Vishwakarma Skill University has taken the initiative to integrate industry and classroom. Shri Vishwakarma Skill University Chancellor Prof. R S. Rathore signed all four MoUs and exchanged them with industry partners. The first MoU was signed with Edible Roots. The MoU was signed by Bindi Joshi, the company’s Business Head. The second MoU was signed with Grow My Crop.
Chief Farmer Captain Virendra Singh, Chancellor Prof. R S. MoU exchanged with Rathore. Students completing courses at the University’s Department of Agriculture will receive practical training at these two companies. During this six-month OJT, students can learn about the methods and benefits of organic farming. Shri Vishwakarma Kaushal Vishwavidyalaya signed the Third Memorandum of Understanding with Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Yamuna Nagar. As part of this MOU, there will be OJT and partnerships in short-term courses in healthcare, engineering, entrepreneurship, sports and management. Chancellor Prof. R S. Rathod together with the rector of the college, Dr. HS Kang exchanged the MoU.
The fourth MoU was signed with Satya Microcapital Limited. The company’s Human Resources Director, Ajay, Vice-Chancellor of Shri Vishwakarma Kaushal Vishwavidyalaya, Prof. RS MoU was exchanged with Rathore. As part of this, there will be an Industry Academia Partnership between the two institutes. Chancellor Prof. R S. Rathod said that the professional development of the students is being worked on in cooperation with all companies.
