After the accident, the driver fled the scene in the vehicle. The cyclist Sandeep Kumar was seriously injured in the accident. He later got Sandeep admitted to the government hospital in Tohana for treatment where doctors declared him brought dead. In this matter, Tohana police have registered a case against the driver and initiated investigation.

He then immediately got Sachin admitted to a private hospital in Hisar for treatment where doctors declared Sachin dead.
