Hisar accident: A special assistant from the Punjab National Bank (PNB) died in a head-on collision between a scooter and a truck near the village of Baijalpur on Hisar Road. However, due to severe head injuries, the local people immediately called an ambulance at 6.45 a.m. on the emergency number 112. After noticing the accident, the ambulance immediately reached the scene of the accident and took him to the CHC center in Bhuna. After an examination, doctors pronounced him dead.
According to the information, 53-year-old Rajesh Sharma, son of Molu Ram Sharma, Special Assistant, Punjab National Bank, Nahla, came to Bhuna from his scooter late on Friday evening. But as he overtook the scooter, a speeding truck rammed him from the front near Bhakra canal near Baijalpur village. As a result, the bank’s head of special assistant, Rajesh Sharma, was thrown heavily on the road and sustained serious injuries, with his head being torn into pieces as he was not wearing a helmet. Villagers present at the spot said that if the bank’s special assistant had put on a helmet, he could have avoided the serious head injury. As soon as information about the incident was received, police arrived on the scene and began investigations.
Special Assistant was a father of two children
Special Assistant Rajesh Sharma, a resident of Old Post Office Wali Gali Bhuna, is survived by his wife Sunita Sharma and two children. These include the older girl Babita Sharma, around 25 years old, and the younger boy Aditya Sharma, around 23 years old, both of whom are unmarried. After receiving the information about the accident, the special assistant’s child and wife were in poor condition and crying. In this regard, station president and ASP Srishti Gupta said that following information about the accident, the police reached the spot and would investigate the matter.
