That is, from the second half of October, there will be a reduction in air pollution in the entire lowland states of Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Delhi NCR from October 15 to 21, which will lead to a change in weather and a drop in temperature lead to an improvement in air quality.
